David Mannheim focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and securities including IPOs, public offerings, venture capital financings, and private placements. He has experience representing startup companies, assisting with their corporate structure and seed financing as well as representing mature companies in public offerings, acquisitions, and divestitures with a particular interest in life sciences, technology and clean energy companies.
David served as Dr. Weisman’s outside general counsel during Dr. Weisman’s tenure at Coronado Biosciences, Inc., during which time they successfully raised in excess of $100,000,000 in the public markets.
David was previously at W Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP and Alston & Bird LLP. He received both his B.B.A., summa cum laude, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
